Just when you thought one Magic-Performing Chihuahua was enough to succeed in showbusiness, allow me to introduce you to the latest development in canine conjuring: Mr. Piffles 2.0.

Yes, you read that correctly. In a move that has raised urgent questions about my decision-making and general well being, I've gone and cloned Mr. Piffles.

(Ok, I actually did it a while ago as Fourtune Piffles (his name - he’s our fourth dog and he cost a fortune) was born on January 8th, 2023. I just didn’t tell anyone.)

Now he’s turned 21 (months), it’s time for him to enter the family business. Indistinguishable from the original, 2.0 is already basking in the glow of worldwide fame without so much as lifting a paw.

You might ask, "Why clone a Chihuahua?"

It’s a fair question.

Anyone who’s seen the show will understand that Mr Piffles is one in a billion and is clearly the reason I have any sort of career at all. I searched rescue shelters far and wide for a Chihuahua able to live up to the legacy. I needed a dog who could do card tricks, read minds, and withstand being shot out of a cannon nightly. After a decade of fruitless searching, I gave up and googled Barbara Streisand. For the very reasonable price of an Audi Q7, I now have the dog of my dreams.

Again.

Why am I telling you all this? Well, it’s time to take the show on the road with our new tour aptly named "IT COST $60,000 TO CLONE MY DOG AND NOW I NEED TO MAKE THE MONEY BACK” ...North American Tour. Yes, that's the real title.
